Part One

Choose a scene from nature. For example, a mountain, prairie or ocean landscape to photograph and imagine during your session. You may consciously choose a particular scene and find that when you close your eyes and relax, a different scene appears in your mental vision. That’s fine, go with the new scene, but once you’ve started the meditation, stick with that scene for that session. Choose any scenario that suits your feelings for that day.

Allow your eyes to close.

Exhale contracting the abdomen gently.

Inhale expanding the lower abdomen like a balloon.

Inhale, inhale, inhale, inhale

And exhale contracting the abdomen gently

Breathe slowly and rhythmically

Notice how the body releases tightness with each exhalation

Continue to inhale and exhale being aware as you inhale that the oxygen is relaxing the muscles from your toes to your scalp, as well as deep within your core.

Relaxation that flows deep, deep, deep into the space between your atoms

Look at the breath as if it were a wave that is breathing you

Feel the relaxation deepen with each breath as if your body is stretching and melting.

Notice how the breath happens.

On the in-breath, notice the oxygen energy you draw through your body from your toes to your scalp.

As you exhale, gently contract your abdomen and feel the deep, empowering sense of peace and relaxation.

Feel for any areas of blockage and direct relaxation there.
How to find a closed door and open it

Release your awareness of the breath when you feel that the body is fully open.

Now, keeping your body feeling deeply peaceful and relaxed, imagine yourself on a mountain, a meadow, or an ocean. Use all your senses to develop the image. Start with the sensation that feels strongest. Depending on how you mentally process, they will be visual or kinesthetic sensations (a feeling of knowing).

For example, can you feel the sunlight with the right temperature warming and relaxing your body, is there a soft and caressing breeze?

How does the earth or sand feel under your feet or are you lying in a meadow among flowers and grass?

What smells are you aware of? Salty ocean air, fragrant flowers, fresh mountain air.

Are there sounds around you? The crash of waves on the shore, birdsong, the song of the breeze through the trees or tall grass, sounds of friendly animals.

If you touch different elements, what texture or sensations do you feel? What tone and color is everything?

Keep developing a scenic image through your senses during the set meditation time.

If you’re having a hard time getting an idea of a fantasy image, you can use a familiar image, like your house or car. When you feel like imagining a familiar image, place your familiar object in a fantasy setting.

Continue this lesson for seven days.

This exercise will develop your ability to access information and knowledge through your five physical senses and increase your psychic intuitive ability.
