If you are reading this article, you are probably one of the many women facing infertility issues. Luckily, you have come across the perfect solution. At the end of this article, I reveal a secret weapon that may be the best news you’ve ever read. But please, before we get to the good stuff, read these tips I’ve put together for you to help you conceive!

Tip One: Count the Days Until Predicted Ovulation

Counting the days until ovulation is a good free method for trying to conceive. Ovulation is when your body releases the egg to be fertilized. This method is very simple to do, but it is not the most effective method. The way this is done is to find out exactly when the first day of your cycle is and then count 14 days after that. Day 14 should be your ovulation date. Have sex on the 13th, 14th, and 15th multiple times for best results!

Second tip: take your basal body temperature (BBT)

This is also a fairly easy method to predict ovulation and can be done at home with a regular thermometer. Your BBT is the temperature your body is at when it is most relaxed. This reading should be taken every day from the start of your cycle immediately when you wake up before doing anything else. Smoking, drinking coffee, and eating can raise this temperature, so be sure to do it first thing in the morning while you’re in bed! When you see a subtle drop in temperature, that’s when you’re ovulating. Make sure you have sex right away as you are supposed to have sex the day before you ovulate or it may be too late.

Tip Three: Consider Buying an Ovulation Predictor Kit (OPK)

If you need a more accurate method and don’t mind spending a bit of money to get it, this is a good option for you. The thing is, if you’ve been trying for a long time, you might be in a hurry, so why not invest a bit to get more accurate results? If you’re just starting out on your design journey, you should try methods like counting the days before you buy an OPK!
