You must be at least 18 years old. This requirement can be modified depending on the gaming company that hires you. Although they are usually few and far between, in fact there are companies that hire players under the age of 18.
Must be an avid gamer with a lot of experience.. In this age, who is not a gamer? A couple of weeks with Halo, Final Fantasy, Oblivion and / or any other very popular game and anyone can call themselves an “avid” gamer.

A powerful PC means that you will be able to put any of the developer’s games to the test without worrying about your own hardware problems. Must have a video game tester resume. No matter how long you’ve been testing (or trying to test) games, you simply have to have a professional-looking resume. Pro game testing is a job, so you can’t hope to get by with just a smile and “Can I test games for you?” mentality. Remember, your resume doesn’t have to be impressive, it just has to be professional and well-crafted.
