Alright, so you’re up to speed with the 15-20 submissions you’ve done, you’ve got 10 articles or so (400 word or so) and you’re really ready to open this up and start earning on the paycheck. Now what?

Well, by now, you’ve hopefully gotten over the difficulty of making a presentation for someone. We’ll talk about refining that in future blog posts, but you should be proud of yourself and how you’ve built a system to show people why they need your product. You should feel more confident about your products and you may already have a couple of registrations. If you don’t, remember not to get frustrated just yet. You’re still going to learn techniques that will build on what you’ve done so far and those techniques will start to grow as you go through the process.

Well, those items… what are we going to do with them? Well, the first thing I’d like to see you do is open an account on blogger.com. Blogger is a free way to start publishing articles that will show the world that you are a professional who knows what he is doing. You should also know that as of this article, Google owns blogger.com and it turns out that Google is the most popular search engine in the world. There are more efficient and “cooler” ways to blog, but for now, I just want you to spread your stuff. So go to Blogger and play around a bit. Learn how to format your articles. You’ll see pretty quickly that it’s not much different than your word processing program in which you wrote the articles. One of the cool features of blogging is that you can set your articles to be published in the future if you wish. Well, what I would suggest is that you publish your first introductory article and then each subsequent article, set it to publish on another day in the future. This will give you a 10 day lead time on your writing. Whether you like it or not, blogging will be one of the most powerful and successful ways for you to develop new leads. You’ll start using the Internet to attract people from all over the world (assuming your new business allows global trade). You’re going to have to keep writing and keep showing that you’re an authority in your community to keep developing new prospects. But you see; You now have 10 days. Keep up with your articles and after 100 days, you’ll be glad you did!

We’ll talk in future articles about refining your blog posts and capturing more of an audience, but for now, just start posting. Until next time, good luck! -Calvin
