Swift Dzire Overview: It is an entry level sedan from India’s largest automaker, Maruti Suzuki. It was released on March 26, 2008. This car is based on the Swift platform and is a replacement for Esteem. It comes in 6 versions with 2 engine and 1 transmission options in the Indian market. The car has already been accepted by the Indian customers. According to the company, it is one of the successful models in terms of sales.

Engine comparison: The Swift Dzire (Petrol) is powered by a 1197cc 4-cylinder 4-valve DOHC petrol engine with 85PS@6000rpm, 113Nm@4500rpm and available in 5-speed manual transmission. Toyota Etios comes with a well-refined 1.5 liter petrol engine that generates a power of 100 bhp. So we can say that Etios is more powerful than Swift Dzire.
